This brand new workshop takes a look at how primary caregivers and the people they support are going beyond traditional forms of respite to create more authentic and meaningful breaks for their families and whānau. In the course of this one-day workshop you will:

  • Identify obstacles to ‘getting a break’
  • Understand what funding is available
  • Hear real life stories from families
  • Create a vision for the future
  • Learn how to apply Enabling Good Lives principles to your ‘breaks’
