The Māreikura Wāhine Toa (translates to ‘Wonderwoman’) workshop supports self-care, empowerment and positive steps that women can make, or be encouraged to take to live a more positive and healthy life. Workshop topics include growing your support systems, self care, coping with stress and mindfulness. You will get to connect with other mothers in similar situations, enabling them to step away from isolation.
This is one workshop run over three days and all sessions must be attended.
