IMPORTANT NOTICE: In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and under guidance from the Ministry of Health, Parent to Parent is postponing all face to face events (including this event) until the end of April, effective immediately. This includes all coffee and support groups, training workshops, sibling events and all other face to face events. Parent to Parent’s Renew, Connect & Reflect workshop will help you and other families caring for a child with a disability or health impairment on their parenting journey, providing renewed energy, new connections and new ideas.
Workshop topics include:

  • Growing your support networks
  • Building a resilient family
  • Coping with stress
  • Understanding the effect of grief

It is a great opportunity to reflect on how far you have come and connect with other parents in your area.
The workshop, morning tea and lunch are all provided at no cost thanks to funding from Care Matters
