Come along to this special evening Parent Support Group at the South Canterbury Eco Centre in Timaru. We will be providing delicious food for the occasion, and it will be a great way to meet and catch up with other parents at a time that is outside of normal work hours. Chat with other parents and carers who know what it’s like to care for a disabled child, a neurodivergent child or a child with health impairments.
Whether you’re attending for the first time or you’re a familiar face, you’ll be warmly welcomed. There’s no pressure to share. You’re welcome to simply listen, connect, and enjoy the company of others who understand. Taking time to connect with people who have similar experiences can be a valuable source of encouragement, practical ideas, and support.
The evening will be a lovely, safe space for people to share their experiences, their challenges, their triumphs and learn from each other in an open and 100% judgement-free free environment.
This event is free! Thanks to our friends from AD Hally Trust.
