SibCamp - El Rancho

An opportunity for siblings to share a special weekend full of adventure on the stunning Kapiti Coast!

Siblings will get the chance to breathe in nature, hang out together and have fun in a El Rancho’s 60-acre site alongside the beach, river and beautiful native bush. Through a range of activities— such as Kauri Climb, Wilderness Survival, Rancho Raceway and Night Trail—siblings will play and learn in a safe environment with every opportunity to make life-long memories. And did we mention there’ll be a first-night bonfire with toasted marshmallows and hot choc?

The benefits of outdoor adventure are many, including creative challenge, increased environmental awareness, better emotional regulation, improved social interaction, physical and mental exercise and more!

As well as having fun and making new friends, siblings will get the chance to sit down together and talk about what it’s like having a disabled sibling, in a safe environment with others who know just where they are coming from. We expect this discovery weekend to be very popular so get in quick!
