Caring for Anxious Siblings – Zoom Workshop (Manawatu)
Aug 7 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Are the siblings of your disabled child experiencing anxiety? Tune in to this Zoom-based workshop to learn how to support these special Kiwi siblings.

Growing up with a brother or sister with a disability comes with its own unique challenges. For some children the experience can lead to significant levels of anxiety.

This online workshop for caregivers will teach you how to recognise anxiety in children and teenagers, and take you step by step through a range of practical solutions to help support siblings. This workshop is also open to carers supporting disabled children with anxiety. Numbers are limited so register today to secure your spot.

This free workshop is made possible thanks to funding from Care Matters.

Your family must be eligible for disability support services to attend this workshop. If you are unsure of your eligibility please contact your Regional Coordinator Janine Morrah at: manawatu@parent2parent.org.nz
