The Special Needs Sexuality Project was started by a group of parents, all of whom had sons and daughters with learning difficulties, and interested and committed professionals.
The booklet is written for parents and draws on the author’s direct work with parents and also looks at the needs that have arisen from the groups run for young people. It is designed to be used alongside Growing Up, Relationships and Sexuality: a Booklet for Young People (SKU: 2006).
