Rage Cage Wellbeing Day

A Respite for the Soul

Come join us! Take a deep breath, break some things (with a smile!), and leave feeling a little lighter and more connected.

Rage Cage Wellbeing Day is a special opportunity for parents and caregivers like you to step away, find some much-needed respite, and come together in a safe, supportive space. This day is all about you, your wellbeing, your peace of mind, and connecting with others who truly ‘get it.’

Meet and mingle with other parents and caregivers who share similar experiences. Enjoy some pizza and sides while relaxing and chatting with others. In small, supportive groups, you’ll cycle through our specially designed “Shattersphere,” a glass-throwing alley.

How to dress on the day: The venue will supply coveralls to wear, eye and ear protection as well as gloves. Please ensure you are wearing closed toe shoes, clothing you feel like you can move comfortably in and have long hair tied up. We suggest you dont wear watches and arm jewelry for the safety of both you and your jewelry.

For parents and caregivers of disabled loved ones who are 18 and above. This event is free, and lunch will be provided.
