Sib Fun Day Bowl & Social

A fun-filled event for kids and teens who have a disabled, neurodivergent or health-impaired sibling.

Come along for ten pin bowling and delicious kai! This Sib Fun Day is for siblings to have some fun and connect with other kids who just ‘get it’.

This popular event is designed especially for children and young people aged 8–18 who have a disabled, neurodivergent, or health-impaired sibling. It’s a chance for them to enjoy an experience where the focus is entirely on them. Come along for a fun session of bowling and delicious kai, while connecting with others who truly understand what it’s like to have a disabled sibling. It’s a welcoming, supportive space where everyone shares similar experiences.

Spaces are limited, so registration is essential. To secure a spot, please contact Rebecca Honeybone at rebeccah@parent2parent.org.nz and include the young person’s name and age, any dietary requirements, and a parent or carer’s name and contact number. Be quick! registrations close Friday, 24 April.

For children and youth aged 8-18 who have a disabled, neurodivergent or health-impaired sibling. Food will be provided.

This event is free, thanks to funding from Norah Howell Charitable Trust.
