Strike Up Connection is a special day for children and young people aged 8–18 who have a disabled, neurodivergent, or health-impaired sibling. It’s a chance for the focus to be entirely on them.
Through fun connection activities and games, siblings can share laughter, build friendships, and talk openly about their experiences in a safe space with others who truly understand.
After time together as a group, we’ll enjoy bowling, karaoke, and a tasty lunch. Along the way, siblings will gain practical tips and strategies to help them thrive in their unique family and whānau.
Spaces are limited. Register early to secure a spot!
Maximum 24 participants, so registration is essential. RSVP by the 16th March.
Lunch will be provided. Please state if your child prefers Fish and Chips or Beef Burger and Chips when they register.
This event is free, thanks to funding from Rio Tinto.
