For more than 1,500 years, dosa has been a beloved staple of South Indian cooking. Made from a naturally fermented rice and lentil batter that’s gluten-free, nourishing, and deeply satisfying. As a group, we’ll prepare a fragrant spiced potato and onion filling, watch the batter transform on the hot griddle, and learn what makes a great dosa so special. There’s something magical about seeing it turn crisp and golden right before your eyes.
Then we’ll eat dosa the way it’s meant to be enjoyed: fresh, hot, and straight from the pan, served with coconut and tomato chutneys on the side. Perfect winter comfort food, shared with great company.
Onsite parking available.
