Now & Next Programme @ TBA
NOW & NEXT is a 4-day programme to help parents, whānau and carers develop skills to achieve positive outcomes for their child, family and self.

Now and Next has been developed by Sylvana Mahmic (CEO, Plumtree, Sydney Australia) and Dr Annick Janson (Clinical Psychologist and Positive Psychology Researcher, Raglan, New Zealand) and both are parents of young men who have a disability.

They developed this programme because they learnt that a positive vision and a focus on strengths is the best foundation for a child and family’s future.Programme overviewThe programme is delivered in 4 -day sessions (9:00am – 3:00pm) held over a 6-week period. Rotorua SibShop
Aug 3 @ 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

This is an amazing opportunity for kids who have a brother or sister with a disability or health impairment to have a fun and interactive day where the focus is completely on them.

Siblings are offered the chance to share stories, learn strategies, understand the unique relationship they have with their brother or sister and make friends with others in similar circumstances.

The day will be finished with a really fun team building activity involving pipes and ropes!

This workshop, morning tea and lunch is provided at not cost thanks to funding from Life Unlimited.
