Parent to Parent’s Renew, Connect & Reflect workshop will help you and other families caring for a child with a disability, significant health issue or extra needs on their parenting journey, providing renewed energy, new connections and new ideas.

Workshop topics include:

• Growing your support networks
• Building a resilient family
• Coping with stress
• Understanding the effect of grief

It is a great opportunity to reflect on how far you have come and connect with other parents in your area.

Workshop fee: $15.00.
Details on how to pay is provided upon registration. Grants are available to cover this cost on request.
